You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods.
In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform 4BILLIARD.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so -see revocation form -
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the withdrawal period has expired.
1. Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all the payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will refund you by the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fee for such a refund.
2. Instructions for completing the form
Fill in your name, home address and, if possible, your telephone number, fax and e-mail address.
You can also complete and submit the model revocation form or any other clearly worded statement electronically via our website 4BILLIARD.com. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your revocation via a durable data carrier (e.g. by e-mail).
We may wait before refunding until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
You shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
